Top 10 words every bibliophile will love to know (part #1) …
If you are reading this post, I guess I find it safe to believe you must be an avid reader or a monumental book lover…
But we all know it’s the story that glues us to the book and drags us deeper into the world of books (yeah…it’s the best world to live in *wink wink*).
But what is it that makes the story so magically immersive for us?
the words…
but to our chagrin we don’t know the stories behind the words themselves.
We all have come across or maybe even referred to as ‘bibliophile’, ‘bookworm’, ‘nerd’ etc. But apart from these, in less well-thumbed corners lie a myriad of unwonted words of the bygone age, equally apt as the above mentioned.
Here’s a list of top 10 words every self-regarded bibliophile will love to have at his disposal -
1. BIBLIOBIBULI
Someone who reads a lot, a voracious reader (here’s some new word if to replace ‘bibliophile’ if you are over it…cause definitely we all are *grimacing face*).

2. BOOKLORE
Brief information, facts, knowledge etc gained from books.

3. BOOKOHOLIC
Someone who keeps buying books to add it to a stack of unread books. (come on… let’s admit we all do that)

4. BOOKHOUND
A fanatic reader of books. (an upgraded version of bookworm (if you know what I mean).

5. BIBLOSMIA
The act of smelling books.

6. LIBROCUBICULTARIST
Someone who reads in bed.

7. BOOK - BOSOMED
A person who carries a book with him all the time. (come on... which bibliophile doesn't do that?)

8. LOGOPHILE
A lover of words.

9. OMNILEGENT
Someone reading or having read everything.

10. BIBLIOGNOST.
Someone who knows minutiae and deets of every page of ever book he reads. (now that's some real reader).

So, which one are you? *wink*
